My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room had a unique window in the roof, though the garden view was more of a wild jungle. It was a bit warm initially but got better soon enough. The service was exceptional, with helpful recommendations and a welcoming atmosphere. The location was convenient, a short walk from the main historic district and the train station. The dining experience was satisfying with a nice variety of fresh foods. The facilities were clean and well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was just lovely! The rooms were so spacious and comfortable, and the whole place was incredibly clean. The breakfast was more than satisfying and the location at the back was quiet and convenient. However, I did find the staff a bit uninterested when I had questions during the busy breakfast hour.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and surprisingly quiet even with closed windows to block out street noise. The service was exceptional, with a lovely and helpful lady assisting us even before our arrival. The location was perfect, just minutes from the train station, making it easy to travel around Salzburg. The dining experience was delightful with a great variety of choices. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service and amenities.
